My Content is a publishing tool for content managers. It enables you to publish content on the go using mobile or laptop. 


With My Content, you can publish messages made with your company's presentation and turned into pdf files.

You can also

  • publish pictures and videos, 
  • create simple messages
  • schedule, delete and archive pdf messages, pictures and videos.



CREATE A POST USING YOUR COMPANY'S PRESENTATION TOOL


Using your company's presentation tool, eg. MS Powerpoint, you'll get the company look & feel to all of your messages without a hassle. 


  1.   Start by creating your message with the presentation tool. 
      Your presentation can include several pages, i.e. multipage functionality is supported 

      Best practise is to have max 250 characters in a page and 6-8 pages per presentation at max.  



  2.   Save the presentation in PDF format


  3.   Select correct channel from My Content


    If you can't see channel you might have several options to choose from behind a drop-down




  4.   Add your PDF presentation by clicking SELECT YOUR MEDIA area


    Note! 
    Do not add anything to the Title or the Add text to your post areas as added text will take half of the info screens content area. Everything you wish to say should be included in your presentation.


  5.  DISPLAY TIME


    Leave DISPLAY TIME empty or Adjust the default presentation time

    This setting determines how many seconds one slide will appear on the screen.


    By leaving DISPLAY TIME empty your post will be shown using default setting; usually 10 second per post or with videos according to the length of the video.



    6.  POST DURATION


    Leave POST DURATION empty or Schedule your post by selecting the start date and end date

    By default your post will visible during next content cycle and it it will be automatically removed from the cycle after 9 newer posts have been published.


    7.  SEND

SEND A MESSAGE ON THE GO


 

  1.  Open My Content from your Mobile

  2.  Select correct channel from My Content



  3. Enter a title

  4. Select your media

    Add an image to add power to your message.
    Images help your audience to notice individual messages and link the text to it's context.



  5.  Add message

    NOTE! 
    When you have a finished message as a video, a pdf or an image file jump over the steps 2. Title and 4. Add text to your post 

    With videos DON'T ADD any title or text to your post.


  6.  Display time
