My Content Channel is a tool for publishing messages manually to the Valotalive displays. 

Basic features of My Content Channel are:

  • Publish content: text and images, videos and/ or documents (PDF)
  • Scheduling of posts
  • View Posts in Gallery
  • Delete posts or
  • Archive posts (Note! Auto-archive is supported)


Your personal publication link - Valotalive Admin users

If you have Admin credentials go to Valotalive APPS tab and locate the My Content Channel for which you need the publication link.

Choose USE to get access to your personal My Content Channel.

Save your favourite channel to your favourites on your browser or install it as an app to your desktop

My Content Channel's publication link for non-admin content manager


When a new content managers email address is saved at the Valotalive Admin panel a personal publishing link is sent automatically. This email comes from no-reply@valota.live
Check the Spam folder if the email cannot be found. If that does not help you can resend the link from My Content.



Resending My Content Channel's publication link to content managers


If you need to resend the My Content publication link to the content manager go to the Settings on the My Content Channel.






Choose Content managers 

Choose the content managers in need for a new link 


 and SEND AN INVITATION EMAIL





Saving My Content Channel links



Save your personal publication link (URL i.e. web address) to your browser's Favorites and /or to your smartphone or Tablet as a Starting page.
